San Isidro, Barranco, Miraflores, San Borja and Surco are the districts in Lima with the highest average square meter purchase price for real estate, while properties in the districts of Comás, Ancón, Carabayllo, San Martín de Porres and Los Olivos have the lowest average square meter costs according to the latest report of the Peruvian Association of Real Estate Developers (Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios - ADI).
The average square meter price to purchase property in Lima is S/ 4,957.64. However, square meter prices of real estate vary widely in the different districts of the Peruvian capital.
The lowest average square meter price in Lima can be found in the districts of Comas (S/ 2,164.77), Ancón (S/ 2,207.89) and Carabayllo (S/ 2,323.92) followed by San Martin de Porras (S/ 2,919,87) and Los Olivos (S/ 2,964.91).
On the other end, the most expensive districts regarding average square meter price of real estate are San Isidro (S/ 8,831.18), Barranco (S/ 8,548.84) and Miraflores (S/ 8,326.52) followed by San Borja (S/ 7,504.73) and Surco (S/ 6,641.87).
Average square meter price to purchase real estate in Lima by district
According to Marco Del Rio, President of the Peruvian Association of Real Estate Developers - Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios (ADI) - purchase prices for properties in Lima will remain stable in 2019.
